Man recovered from Red River identified as 23-year old Moorhead resident
Fargo, ND (WDAY-TV) -- Three hours after a man ran into the Red River in Fargo, recovery crews pulled his body from the water. Fargo Police Lt. Jeff Scuza says officers responded to the Tesoro station near 1st Avenue north for a report of a suspicious man.
