Man Jumps Through Window to Escape Rural Thief River Falls Fire

One man narrowly escaped from a burning building just outside of Thief River Falls at around 1 a.m. Tuesday morning. Four fire departments worked for hours to put out the fire that destroyed the Nelson County Services building.
