Death Penalty Decision Extension Given in Hillsboro Native Murder Case
A judge has given prosecutors more time to decide if they will seek the death penalty against Amanda Kaur. The 27-year-old Hillsboro, ND, native has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder.
