All Power Restored After South Grand Forks Outage
All power is back on to affected customers in southern Grand Forks, Xcel Energy spokeswoman Bonnie Lund says. Around 2,000 customers were affected by the outage that was first reported at around 6:30 p.m.By: WDAZ Staff Reports,
