More Than $100,000 Awarded To GF Arts Programs
More than 100-thousand dollars is being given to Grand Forks Arts organizations through the Re-Grant Program. The North Valley Arts Council Grant Program is paid for by the city, an anonymous panel decides how much goes to each program.
