Chancellor Not Optimistic About Standing Rock Vote
Chancellor Bill Goetz said Thursday that he met with Standing Rock tribal chairman Charles Murphy and his lawyers last week. Goetz said he was told the nickname is not a priority and the council has a moratorium on a tribal vote.By: Dave Kolpack, AP
