Homeowners South Of Grand Forks Prepare For Flooding
A man living south of Grand Forks is preparing for rising waters. Each spring a coulee he lives next to floods causing him to take a boat to get to and from his house. As warmer temperatures move into the area, homeowners like Mark Satek start to worry.
