River Dam Near ND City of 1,200 at Risk of Failure
About 200 people who live near the Des Lacs River in northwest North Dakota have been advised to evacuate their homes because a dam might fail, though it did not appear that many had heeded the warning early Wednesday.By: James MacPherson, Associated Press
