Valley City Residents Build Up Dikes for New Crest
Some Valley City residents who live along the Sheyenne River quickly built up their dikes Wednesday after being told the river could come in higher and sooner than expected. City officials say it shouldn't be a problem.By: Dave Kolpack, Associated Press
