ND Has Nation's Lowest Unemployment Rate
North Dakota had the lowest unemployment rate in the nation for March, with a rate of 3.6 percent. Nebraska followed with 4.2 percent and South Dakota had 4.9 percent.By: Associated Press, WDAZ
