Officer, Employees of Spirit Lake Tribe Plead Not Guilty to Embezzlement, Theft
One officer and two employees of the Spirit Lake Tribe have plead not guilty to all charges against them. Carl Walking Eagle, Patricia Robertson and Brooke Lynette Black are all charged with embezzlement and theft.By: WDAZ Staff Report, WDAZ
