Deputy: Anyone Aiding Escaped Pembina County Inmate Could Face Charges

A Pembina County Correctional Center inmate who escaped custody Friday, May 20, is still on the loose. Authorities are now stressing that anyone who has or may aid Glenn Troy Stegman could face criminal charges.
