Dalrymple: Keep Downstream Interests in Mind When Dealing with Devils Lake Flooding
North Dakota Governor Jack Dalrymple told the Devils Lake City Commission Monday that the state wants to help get water off of flooded Devils Lake, but added that everyone has to keep downstream interests in mind as well.
