Man Arrested After Report of Shots Fired Near Bemidji

A man was arrested Thursday night after a standoff with Beltrami County Sheriff's deputies and the Headwaters SWAT team in a home near Bemidji. Jason Earl Patch, 32, was arrested after a report of gunshots and screaming coming from a home.
