Well-known GF Architect Myron Denbrook Dies at 89

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - A noted Grand Forks architect has died. Myron Denbrook was 89. He and his partner Theodore Wells designed numerous public buildings in North Dakota and northern Minnesota beginning in 1948.

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - A noted Grand Forks architect has died. Myron Denbrook was 89. He and his partner Theodore Wells designed numerous public buildings in North Dakota and northern Minnesota beginning in 1948.

They include courthouses, schools and churches in North Dakota and northern Minnesota.

The Wells and Denbrook firm also designed the Chester Fritz Library and several other buildings on the University of North Dakota campus.

Denbrook died Monday night. A memorial service will be held at United Church of Christ in Grand Forks at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 28.
