Police investigate morning tire slashings
The Grand Forks Police Department is investigating some tire slashings on the 25 hundred blocks of 13th and 14th avenues south. Police say about 12 vehicles had their tires punctured or deflated sometime between 2:30 and 9 a.m. Friday morning.
