Police respond to overnight bomb threat at Grand Forks Hugo's location
Grand Forks police recieved a call that a bomb threat was recieved at Hugo's at 1925 13th Avenue North just before 10:30 Monday night. Employees stated that a male called the store stating that there was a bomb in the building. The store was then evacuated.
