Continued rains cause flood concerns for Grafton, Park River, surrounding communities
Two days of heavy rains has prompted the National Weather Service to issue a flood warning for Walsh County until 1:00 tomorrow afternoon. Flood problems are mounting across much of northeastern North Dakota after nearly five inches of rain fell near Park River in the past 24 hours.
