Police have arrested a suspect in the fatal shooting of a St. Paul bar owner. The Star Tribune reports a 26-year-old Oakdale man was in custody Monday. Police wouldn't say why 45-year-old Vone Moua as shot at Malina's Sport Bar, but say it wasn't a random incident.
