Sentencing is handed down for a Minnesota man who sold heroin on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation. 37-year-old Jason Thomas Bellanger of Naytahwaush, Minn., was sentenced before U.S. District Judge Ralph Erickson on a charge of distribution of a controlled substance.
