Cass Lake man in custody after attacking pedestrians
Bemidji Police arrested a Cass Lake man for robbery after he allegedly tried to charge people for crossing the Mississippi River Trail bridge. The victims told police they were walking on the trail Saturday night when Aaron Jones blocked the path and told them they needed to pay "the street tax."
