Charges say photo shoot was bait in Dakota County sex assault case

Fargo, Grand Forks set record low temperatures
FARGO –- Tuesday was a record cold day up and down the Red River Valley. Newspaper reporter arrested on suspicion of drunken driving
GRAND FORKS -- A reporter for the Herald was arrested early Wednesday on suspicion of drunken driving. Stephen James Lee, 60, of Arvilla, N.D., was booked into the jail for driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a test showed his blood alcohol concentration at nearly twice the legal limit, according to the Grand Forks County State’s Attorney’s Office.
