Two sentenced for assaulting federal officer
42-year-old Adrienne Ducheneaux and 40-year-old Chad Lavallie of Bismarck have been sentenced on charges of assaulting a federal officer. Ducheneaux will receive credit for three months already served and an additional sentence of four months in federal prison, three months in a halfway house and three years of supervised release, in addition to a $100 special assessment to the crime victims' fund.
