A woman who was rescued from the Red River early Monday morning died Thursday afternoon. Sabrina Quintana, 41, of Fargo died at 12:40 p.m. at Sanford Health, according to police.

North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple today appointed Grant Levi as executive director of the state’s Department of Transportation. Levi had been serving as the interim executive director since November 2012.
