The Clay County Sheriff’s Office has identified a man who died, apparently from hypothermia, after fleeing on foot following a high-speed police chase early Saturday. Sheriff Bill Bergquist identified the deceased man as Jordan Louis Oppegard, 24, of Mahnomen.
