FARGO – U.S. Attorney Timothy Q. Purdon announced that on Aug. 28, 2013, Jared Holland, 28, of Fargo, N.D., was sentenced before U.S. District Judge Ralph R. Erickson for failing to register as a sex offender. Holland pleaded guilty to the charge on April 1, 2013. Judge Erickson sentenced Holland to seven months and 15 days in prison to be followed by 10 years of supervised release with a condition that he be placed in home confinement for a period of seven months.
