Heavy winds and rain tear through region overnight
A few cities in our region got some heavy rain and even hail overnight Sunday. A trained weather spotter recorded hail measuring 1.7 inches in diameter about 8 miles north of Lakota just after 10 Sunday night. Volunteers organize search for missing Walsh County man
About 140 people took part in a land search for a missing rural Minto man. It's been almost 2 months since 55-year-old Guy Miller was swept away by high water near Minto. His body has not yet been recovered. There have been many searches by law enforcement, but family and friends of Miller started their own effort today.
