Record rainfall reported throughout region
The National Weather Service says Grand Forks, Bismarck, Dickinson, Jamestown and Minot all set rainfall records for the date on Sunday, with an inch or more. A record 1.37 inches was recorded at the weather service office in Grand Forks, breaking the old record of 0.80, set in 1950.
