The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) along with the North Dakota Highway Patrol have issued a No Travel Advisory for the cities of Bismarck, Steele, Napoleon, Linton, Jamestown, Valley City, Edgeley, Ashley, Ellendale and surrounding areas due to blowing snow creating near zero visibility and snow covered roads causing hazardous driving conditions. Motorists in these areas should not travel.
