A Linderwood man has been arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after walking around naked and then breaking out a patrol car window and escaping after an officer arrested him.
Two men with butcher knives hacked another to death Wednesday near a London military barracks and one then went on video to explain the crime — shouting political statements, gesturing with bloodied hands and waving a meat cleaver. Three of the 15 people who pleaded guilty to petition fraud charges in Cass County last fall – all three of them former North Dakota State University football players – failed to complete the community service required by their probation agreements, authorities allege in court records.
