GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - Monday was the baseball edition of the battle of Grand Forks. Red River played host to Central at Kraft Field where the cold turned it from a double header to one game where the winner takes all the bragging rights.
Jordy Aamot scored at 2 minutes, 58 seconds of overtime to lift Grand Forks Central to a 3-2 win over Bismarck Century in Thursday's quarterfinals of the North Dakota state boys hockey tournament at Ralph Engelstad Arena.
