Hundreds of area children will get toys for Christmas this year thanks to the Grand Forks Salvation Army and its donors. On Wednesday the Salvation Army handed out toys, clothes and food to those in need. Despite some generous gifts, the Army is still in need of donations if they are to meet with fundraising goal.
Actor Josh Duhamel and his pop star wife, Fergie, of the Black Eyed Peas, will be spending Christmas in Fargo with Duhamel's father, Larry. Josh was raised in Minot, but his parents have since divorced and his father relocated to the Fargo area.
