PAUL - The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) has identified the suspect in an officer involved shooting which took place this morning in Norman County in northwestern Minnesota. 19-year-old Steven Anthony Henderson is being held in the Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston.
