The scalp, skull and brain of Donald Chisholm showed evidence of trauma and injury consistent with a medical finding of homicide, an autopsy physician said Thursday during the trial of Rodney Chisholm on the charge he murdered his older brother last summer in rural Grand Forks County.
The trial is underway in Grand Forks for a Manvel, ND, man accused of murdering his brother. 45-year-old Rodney Chisholm is accused of killing his brother, Donald Chisholm last June. The defense says Chisholm was acting in self defense.
Authorities say 45-year-old Rodney Chisholm murdered his brother, 59-year-old Donald Chisholm.
According to court documents, Rodney told authorities he hit Donald in the head with a metal pipe and strangled him.
