All power is back on to affected customers in southern Grand Forks, Xcel Energy spokeswoman Bonnie Lund says. Around 2,000 customers were affected by the outage that was first reported at around 6:30 p.m.
About 5,660 Xcel Energy customers were without power for 12 hours by the time service was ultimately restored early this morning. All customers affected by a widespread outage Saturday were back online by 1:45 a.m., according to a statement from Xcel.
