GRYGLA MAN CHARGED WITH MURDER A Grygla, Minnesota man is facing murder charges in connection with the death of his infant son. Damien Marsden, 31, was charged today in Pennington County with Second Degree Murder, Second Degree Murder While Committing Child Neglect and Second Degree Murder while Committing Child Endangerment. A District Court judge set bail for Marsden at $40,000 cash.
