(WDAZ-TV) - The owners of the adult store Fantasy's are taking legal action against the cities of Grand Forks and East Grand Forks, saying they were illegally blocked from opening their business in both cities.

In about 24 hours Kim and Jim Patterson went from opening the brand new store to nearly being arrested for opening the business under the city's radar.
