The North Dakota Department of Transportation issued a travel alert for north central North Dakota at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, to last through Monday morning, expanding the alert issued at 8:30 a.m. for the western part of the state even as it lifted a no-travel advisory for the region.
The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) has issued a Travel Alert for Grand Forks and surrounding areas until Saturday morning. Conditions are such that motorists can still travel, but should be advised that blowing snow is sticking to the roadway causing scattered icy conditions
The NDDOT has issued a No Travel Advisory for the Devils Lake area due to heavy snow causing snow covered roads with heavy snow drifts and areas of near zero visibility. Plows are being pulled from the roads after being out all day.
