TRF Dam Lowered to Aid Search For Gina Anderson

The City of Thief River Falls is in the process of lowering the water level of it's power dam by six feet.
This will lower Red Lake River levels upstream.
The goal is to help in the search for Gina Anderson who went missing almost a year ago.
