Texting Could Help Clean Up Fan Problems at REA

The spotlight has been put on some questionable fan behavior at UND Men's hockey games in the past month.
The Ralph Engelstad Arena and UND have adopted a new "Code of Conduct," but some of the ideas included have been around for a bit...like the call for people to send a text if they see problems.
WDAZ's Steve Bodakowski has the story.
