Warm weather draws people to parks
WDAZ-TV - (GRAND FORKS) -- Spring is just a few muddy steps away and people are heading outside to enjoy the sun.
The high for Grand Forks today was in the 50s, making it one of the warmest days we've had so far.
The Red River Valley is finally straying away from those harsh winter winds and getting ready for spring.
Warmer temps mean more mud, and many people along with their pets are taking advantage of it.
"Oh look at him he loves it,” Andy Lauer said. “No, he's an outdoor dog. He loves going to the park. He loves going on runs. He loves playing fetch. So anytime we can get outside when it's you know weather like this, we try to take advantage of it."
The first day of Spring is tomorrow.
