ND judge allows new complaint to abortion lawsuit
A North Dakota judge ruled today that he will allow a new lawsuit onto a challenge of a 2011 abortion law that he already has called unconstitutional.
MN shows first traffic death increase since 2007
Minnesota saw its first increase in traffic deaths last year since 2007. The state had 395 traffic deaths in 2012. That's a 7 percent increase from 2011.
Charges filed against father who left girl in hot van
Manslaughter charges have been filed against the father of a young girl who died one week ago in a hot van. The Clay County Attorney has charged Andrew Sandstrom with 2nd degree manslaughter.
FBI corrects earlier report, investigation continues in death of 3-year-old girl on Spirit Lake Nation
It's been six days since the FBI launched an investigation into the death of a three-year-old girl on the spirit lake reservation. Today the FBI said it mistakenly reported the sex of the child as male. No other new information about the case had been made public. The lack of information is frustrating child advocates working for the safety of children on the reservation.
