ND Deputy Sheriff a Suspect in Crookston Robbery
A Walsh County Deputy Sheriff is the suspect in a Crookston robbery.
Crookston police responded to the Holiday gas station just before 4:00 this morning. They found a glass door to the station broken. Inside they found the suspect 22-year-old Adam Michael Koening of Park River. They say his face was bloody with a cut eye and a swollen lip. Officers say he was wearing a badge on his belt. He identified himself as a Walsh County North Dakota Deputy Sheriff. The suspect was taken to Riverview Hospital and later arrested for burglary and property damage.
