Minot State University Building Evacuated
MINOT, N.D. -- A residence hall at Minot State Univeristy had to be evacuated after workers found what they believe might be very old military ordinances.
The workers believed the items might be live and university officials decided on an evacuation.
Minot Police's Bomb Squad responded - and Minot Air Force Base's Explosive Ordinance Disposal squad also helped to deal with the devices.
Minot Police say it's not believed that anyone placed the bombs in the buildings recently and the university is acting out of an abundance of caution.
Experts removed the devices so life at Pioneer Hall could go back to normal.
