Local pizzerias increase straff for influx of orders Super Bowl Sunday
METRO—Super Bowl Sunday is arguably the busiest day for pizza joints.
In the metro, specials for the big game are hard to come by.
Many pizzerias have offers that have been going on for weeks or month, but nothing geared for the football fans, still they expect to be busy.
Some places have doubled the amount of staff for the rush.
"A person in my position, anything that brings us business and pulls business our way for the future is definitely a win for us," said Randall Palmer, Domino's General Manager.
Dominos says from the beginning of their dinner rush to the end of the night, they're expecting to make nearly 700 pizzas.
