Accused Grand Forks Robbers Plead Not Guilty
GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - The three men suspected of robbing and beating a Grand Forks couple in early May all pleaded not guilty in court Friday morning.
Cody Boulduc, Nathan Ratliff and Allen Ratliff are all charged with robbery, burglary, two counts of aggravated assault, felonious restraint and theft of property.
Police say the three men broke into Carmen and Sherman Jones' mobile home on North Washington Street.
According to the couple, the men bound them to chairs, beat them with a bat and killed their Chihuahua "Baby."
Police say the men stole two TV's, jewelry and prescription pills.
All three are expected back in court October 18.
