ROCHESTER, MN (CNN) -- A woman claims the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota held her against her will during a hospital stay last year, so her parents said they had to break her out of the hospital. Her family took cell phone video of her escape. They lied to nurses, saying her grandma was there to see her, but when they brought her downstairs, Alyssa Gilderhus's family grabbed her and put her in the car. In the video, you can even see a nurse grab her arm to keep her from leaving.

COURT DATE SET FOR WOMAN ACCUSED OF KILLING HER BABY A woman who pled not guilty, after she was accused of drowning her newborn baby in a bathtub, will be back in court in October. 36-year-old Ginny Lubitz is charged with murder in connection with the baby's death on May 5th. Court documents said friends found Lubitz in her bathroom, and the baby face down in about an inch of water in the tub. The baby was pronounced dead shortly after first responders arrived. Medina, ND-- A man is hurt after crashing his motorcycle on I-94 at mile marker 231 just east of Medina at 6:25 p.m. on Wednesday. WDAY News has learned from North Dakota Highway Patrol that 68-year-old Stanley Spitzer of Streeter, ND was driving west on I-94 when he lost control of his motorcycle. He traveled from the right lane into the median after overcorrecting on the road. After entering the median the motorcycle rolled and Spitzer was ejected from the bike. Damage to the motorcycle is extensive.
